Our premises, situated inside the popular Westway Sports and Fitness Centre, is purpose-built and well-geared with new equipment that is specifically suited for massage and osteopathy treatments. For those who choose to drive to their appointment, there is free car parking at the centre, accessible from Latimer Road. 

All the members of our team are well-trained and have qualifications from the best and most prestigious massage schools in the UK and around the world. Although our practitioners have years of experience, they still attend continual professional development courses to ensure that their knowledge is up to date. 

What We Do

Over the many years of our practice, we have become known for creating bespoke massage treatments individually tailored to better suit our clients on the day of their visit. For this reason, our appointments usually begin with a brief consultation, where clients can tell us about their expectations and health conditions or any other relevant information, and the therapist can make their suggestions. We do not always stick to one massage technique during a single appointment. If it is necessary, we incorporate a few techniques into each session to maximise the efficacy of the treatments we offer. For this reason, changing the type of appointment is always possible even after the booking has been confirmed. 

The disciplines we offer range from a more relaxing Swedish Massage and a more general Deep Tissue Massage to a more clinical Sports and Remedial Massage and Osteopathy. Our recruitment standards are high, which helps us to ensure that our clients are always in good hands.
